Orange Moon, LLC ("Orange Moon," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit orangemoon.com or interact with us through related channels, such as our newsletter and industry research reports (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you, and how it has been used, disclosed, and shared over the past 12 months

  • Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions

  • Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you

  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information — Orange Moon does not sell personal information, and does not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA

  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information — Orange Moon does not collect sensitive personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA

  • Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights

Categories of personal information collected: based on the categories defined under the CCPA/CPRA, we collect identifiers (e.g., name, email address), internet or other electronic network activity information (e.g., Site usage data via Google Analytics), and commercial information you provide (e.g., inquiries about our services). See Section 1 for full detail.

Sources: we collect this information directly from you (forms, email signups, correspondence) and automatically through your use of the Site (via Google Analytics).

Purpose: see Section 2 for the business purposes for which we use this information.

Disclosures: we disclose personal information to the service providers listed in Section 4 for the purposes described in this policy. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

To exercise your California privacy rights, contact us using the information in Section 11. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
