These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of orangemoon.com and any related pages, content, or tools (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is provided for informational purposes to showcase Orange Moon's brand strategy and design services, share our work, and allow prospective clients to contact us. The "Orange Moon" name and logo are trademarks of Orange Moon, LLC and may not be used without our prior written consent.
Nothing on this Site grants you a license or right to use any Content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Any actual engagement for consulting, brand strategy, design, or related services with Orange Moon is governed exclusively by a separate, signed Master Services Agreement and/or Statement of Work between Orange Moon and the client, which will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Orange Moon. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that Orange Moon is not liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such third-party content or services.

If you subscribe to Orange Moon's newsletter, research updates, or other communications (including via our email platform), you consent to receive periodic emails from us.
